Questions worth answering

Credit sits on your account until a renewal or a new order draws from it. Buying €10 or more means the payment processing fee is covered, so €10 in is €10 of credit. Under €10, a 1.5% + €0.25 processing fee is added on top of the credit you asked for — you still receive the full credit amount, you just pay the fee separately. A top-up is recorded as a paid invoice.
